Today, I am honored to announce the launch of GEFindex.org, a landmark project that brings 20+ years of clinical research, developmental psychology, and civilizational analysis together into one accessible global platform.
GEF Index (Gross Empathic Function Index) is the world’s first structural measure of emotional maturity at the societal, family, school, and organizational levels.
It is built on the Five-Stage Emotional Civilization Model and integrates research across psychology, sociology, trauma studies, and human development.
For the first time, we have an evidence-based framework capable of measuring:

A 20-item tool evaluating bullying climate, teacher attunement, emotional literacy, trauma-informed practice, and institutional safety.
🔹 GOEF — Organizational Empathic Function Index
A structural assessment of workplace emotional safety, dignity, burnout, and leadership empathy.
